Hence the name – Pilates 101. This is all about you guys, your questions, your ideas and your wants and needs – so please send in feedback, questions and let us know who you really want to hear from and we will do our best to deliver this to you. Following an interesting discussion with a shoulder surgeon, Glenn addresses what he feels should be the standard approach to rehabilitation of shoulder injuries. A few common myths will be addressed, some frustrations at current management practices is expressed, and a review of everything shoulders!
