Our industry has faced so many challenges over the past few months and here at APPI HQ we have seen a large increase in the demand for guidance, advice and general information about this amazing industry we all work in. Hence the name – Pilates 101. This is all about you guys, your questions, your ideas and your wants and needs – so please send in feedback, questions and let us know who you really want to hear from and we will do our best to deliver this to you. We hope you enjoy the first two episodes below and as we progress and improve we will move the podcast across to the usual apple and android services you are all used to. The general format will be based on updates from around the globe, interviews with industry leaders, equipment reviews, movement analysis and opinions on different Pilates movements, questions and answers from you and additional movement based content around making us the best teachers we can be.
